Abstract
Elektrode na bazi ugljikove paste (CPE) pronašle su svoju primjenu u elektrokemijskim i elektroanalitiĉkim metodama analize. Rijeĉ je o elektrodama ĉije su smjese ugljikovih pasti pripremljene od ugljikovog materijala (grafita), veziva te soli i ionsko- asocijacijskog kompleksa (IAC) u razliĉitim omjerima. Pripremljeno je 25 pasta s ciljem pronalaska senzora za odreĊivanje maprotilina u realnim uzorcima u koncentracijskom podruĉju od 3,16∙10 -6 do 3,16∙10 -3 mol L -1 pri pH vrijednosti 4. Najbolje odzivne karakteristike pokazala je pasta napravljena od grafita, dioktil ftalata, soli i ionsko-asocijacijskog kompleksa MAP TPB. Promjena potencijala po koncentracijskoj dekadi je u rasponu od 56,4 do 83,9 mV , MeĊutim, najbolja promjena potencijala po koncentracijskoj dekadi zabiljeţena je kada elektroda nije bila polirana i iznosila je 58,9 odnosno 59,6 mV. Linearno podruĉje je u rasponu koncentracija od 3,16∙10 -6 do 3,16∙10 -3 mol L -1 .
Abstract (english)
Carbon paste electrodes (CPE) have found their application in electrochemical and electroanalytical methods of analysis. These are electrodes whose mixtures of carbon pastes are prepared from carbon material (graphite), binder , salt and ion-association complex (IAC) in different proportions. 25 pastes were prepared in order to develope a sensor for determination maprotiline in real samples in the concentration range from 3,16∙10 -6 to 3,16∙10 -3 mol L -1 at pH 4. The paste made of graphite, dioctyl phthalate, salt and the ion-association complex MAP TPB showed the best response characteristics. The change in potential per concentration decade ranges from 56,4 to 83,9 mV. However, the best change in potential per concentration decade was recorded when the electrode was not polished and was 58,9 and 59,6 mV, respectively. The linear range is in the concentration range from 3.16 ∙ 10 -6 to 3.16 ∙ 10 -3 mol L -1 .
