Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je ispitati da li se višecijevni izmjenjivač topline (tip 1-2) s učvršćenim snopom cijevi može primijeniti u cementnoj industriji za hlađenje mineralnog ulja kojim se podmazuju klizni ležajevi rotacijske peći u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje cementa. Mineralno ulje potrebno je ohladiti od 35 °C na 31 °C. Ulje struji oko cijevi u plaštu volumnim protokom 10 L/min. Kroz cijevni snop od 44 bakrene cijevi vanjskog promjera 10 x 1 mm i duljine 840 mm struji rashladna voda ulazne temperature 28 °C uz različite volumne protoke od 1; 1,5 i 2 m 3 /h. Raspored cijevi je u trokutu s korakom od 13 mm, a broj pregrada u plaštu je 9. Rezultati proračuna pokazuju da je potrebna površina za izmjenjivač topline manja u odnosu na raspoloživu iz čega se zaključuje da je moguće primijeniti navedeni tip izmjenjivača. Sva tri ispitivana volumna protoka rashladne vode u cijevnom snopu uzrokuju prijelazno područje strujanja (2300 < Re < 10 000), dok je strujanje ulja u plaštu laminarno (Re < 2300).
Abstract (english)
Main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to determine is it possible to utilize fixed tube bundle heat exchanger (type 1-2) for cooling mineral oil which lubricates sliding bearings of rotary kiln in technological process of cement production. Mineral oil should be cooled from 35 o C to 31 o C. The oil flows around the pipe in the sheath at a volume flow of 10 L / min. Cooling water of inlet temperature of 28 °C flows through a bundle of 44 copper tubes with an external diameter of 10 x 1 mm and a length of 840 mm with different volume flows of 1; 1,5 and 2 m 3 /h. The arrangement of the pipes is in a triangle with a step of 13 mm, and the number of baffles inside the sheat is 9. The results of the examination show that the required surface area for the heat exchanger is smaller than that available, from which it is concluded that it is possible to apply the said type of exchanger. All three test volumes of cooling water flow in the tube bundle cause a transient flow area (2300 <Re <10 000), while the oil flow in the sheath is laminar (Re <2300).
