Abstract
U radu je istraživan utjecaj aditiva za poboljšanje meljivosti klinkera trgovačkom naziva HEA 213 Grace ili HEA2® proizvođača GCP Applied Technologies Inc., cement je pripravljan korištenjem poluindustrijskog kugličnog mlina kapaciteta 6 kg, u laboratoriju CEMEX Hrvatska d.d. Tijela za mljevenje u kugličnom mlinu su čelične kugle težine 69,48 kg. Proces mljevenja proveden je pri brzini rotacije mlina od 50 min -1 u trajanju od 40-55 minuta. U fazi priprave smjese za mljevenje koja čini klinker i gips dodan je aditiv za mljevenje u masenom iznosu od 0; 0,017; 0,032 i 0,048 mas.% na masu cementa. Efikasnost procesa mljevenja praćena je preko vremena potrebnog za postizanje specifične površine cementa iznad 3400 cm 2 /g. Rezultati ukazuju da dodatak aditiva ispod 0,032 mas.% nemaju značajniji utjecaj na skraćenje vremena mljevenja da bi se postigla željena vrijednost specifične površine cementa. Optimalan dodatak aditiva za meljavu je u iznosu od 0,032 mas.% na masu cementa gdje je uočeno kraće vrijeme potrebno za postizanje željene vrijednosti specifične površine čak za 9% u odnosu na smjesu bez dodatka aditiva za meljavu.
Abstract (english)
In this paper analyzes the effect of additives for improving the clinker milling by using the additive on the market available under trade name HEA 213 Grace or the HEA2® manufacturer of GCP Applied Technologies Inc. Cement has been prepared in a semi-industrial ball mill with a capacity of 6 kg, at the laboratory of CEMEX Hrvatska d.d.. The ball mill was filled by 69.48 kg a steel ball. The milling process was carried out at 50 rpm rotation of mill, with the duration of 40-55 minutes. In the step of preparing the mixture for milling which is used clinker and gypsum, a grinding additive has been added in the amount of 0, 0.017, 0.032 and 0.048% by weight of cement mass. Efficiency of the milling process is monitored over the time required to achieve a specific surface area above 3400 cm2/g. The results indicate that addition additives for improving milling below 0.032% by weight of cement doesn’t have a significant effect on shortening the milling time to achieve the desired value of the specific surface of the cement. Optimal addition of additive for milling into the cement mixture was in the amount of 0.032 mass.% on the cement mass, in this mixture was observed that time for achieving desired specific surface of cement was shorter up to 9% relative to the mixture without the addition of milling additive.
