Abstract
Radi moguće primijene koloidnog srebra u medicini kao učinkovitog antibakterijskog sredstva iznalaze se metode priprave koloidnog srebra prirodnim reducensima, neškodljivim za zdravlje ljudi, a koji često i sami imaju pozitivni zdravstveni učinak. U radu je ispitivana priprava koloidnog srebra redukcijom iona srebra iz otopine pomoću natrijeva borohidrida, NaBH4. Na ovaj način dobiveni koloid srebra poslužio je kao standardni uzorak za usporedbu s pripravljenim koloidima pomoću meda i uz dodatak karuba gume. Za ˝zelenu˝ sintezu koloidnog srebra primijenjen je med od klena s područja Međimurja, a kao zaštitno sredstvo, koje zaustavlja rast koloida srebra korištena je karuba guma, ekstrahirana iz sjemenki rogača. Pripravljeni koloidi srebra ispitani su na intenzitet Tyndallovog efekta propuštanjem laserske zrake te UV-Vis spektrofotometrom u području od 300-600 nm. Dobiveni spektrogrami ukazuju na postojanje karakterističnog pika kod svih koloida, ali s različitim intenzitetom i na različitim valnim duljinama svjetlosti ovisno o koncentraciji primijenjenog reducensa.
Abstract (english)
As possible applications of colloidal silver in medicine as an effective antibacterial agents, there are found lot of methods of preparation of colloidal silver with natural reducing agents, harmless for human health, which often have a positive health effect. The paper examined the efficiency of preparation of colloidal silver by reduction of silver ions from the solution with sodium borohydride, NaBH4. With this method, the silver colloids were used as a standard sample for comparation with the colloids that are prepared by using honey and carob gum. Green synthesis of colloidal silver were applied honey of the Međimurje, and as a protective agent, was used carob gum which stops the growth of colloidal silver, extracted from the seeds of the carob. Silver colloids were tested for intensity Tyndall effect by passing the laser ray and UV-Vis spectrophotometer in the range of 300-600 nm. Received spectrograms show the existence of a characteristic peak of the colloid, but with different intensities and different wavelengths of light depending on the concentration of the applied reducing agent.
