Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je uzorak biljke, Bunias erucago L., ubrane na području Brača. Određivana je koncentracija lakopristupačnog fosfora (Al-metodom) i amonijačnog dušika u korijenu, stabljici i listu biljke. Najveća koncentracija lakopristupačnog fosfora zabilježena je u stabljici biljke, a najveća koncentracija amonijačnog dušika u listu biljke.
Abstract (english)
In this bachelor thesis, a sample of a plant, Bunias erucago L., harvested in the Brač area was analyzed. The concentration of readily available phosphorus (Al-method) and ammonia nitrogen in the root, stem and leaf of the plant were determined. The highest concentration of readily available phosphorus was observed in the plant stem, and the highest concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the plant leaf.
