Abstract | Cilj istraživanja bio je odrediti koncentraciju fluorida u 30 uzoraka crnih i bijelih vina različitih vrsta. Koncentracije fluorida u ispitivanim uzorcima su u području koncentracija od 0,101 mg L -1 do 0,302 mg L -1 . Najveća masena koncentracija fluorida bez dodatka standarda izmjerena je kod vina Rukatac (0,302 mg/L), a najmanja kod vina Plavac mali s područja Visa (0,101 mg/L). Najveća masena koncentracija uz dodatak 1 mL standarda izmjerena je kod vina Babić 30%, Plavina 18,6%, Crljenak 5,5%, Syrah 8,9%, Merlot 35,6% (0,950 mg/L), a najmanja kod 70% Kujunđuša,15% Okatica, Maraština s područja Imotskog(0,390 mg/L). Najveća masena koncentracija uz dodatak 2 mL standarda izmjerena je kod vina Plavac mali s područja Visa (0,508 mg/L). Najveća masena koncentracija uz dodatak 3 mL standarda izmjerena je kod Plavac mali s područja Kaštela (0,837 mg/L).Srednje vrijednosti fluorida za sve uzorke su u području koncentracija od 0,116 mg L -1 do 0,531 mg L -1 . Preporučena vrijednost fluorida je manja od 1 mgL -1 . |
Abstract (english) | The aim of the study was to determine the concentration of fluoride in 30 samples of red and white wines of different types. Fluoride concentrations in the test samples range from 0.101 mg L -1 to 0.302 mg -1 . The highest mass concentration of fluoride without the addition of standards was measured with Rukatac wine (0.302 mg / L) and the lowest with Plavac mali wine from the Vis area (0.101 mg / L). The highest mass concentrations with the addition of 1 mL of standard were measured in Babić wines 30%, Plavina 18.6%, Crljenak 5.5%, Syrah 8.9%, Merlot 35.6% (0.950 mg / L), and the lowest in 70 % Kujundjusha, 15% Okatica, Maraština from the Imotski area (0.390 mg / L). The highest mass concentration with the addition of 2 mL of standard was measured for Plavac mali wines from the Vis area (0.508 mg / L). The highest mass concentration with the addition of 3 mL of standard was measured at Plavac mali in the Kaštela area (0.837 mg / L). The mean fluoride values for all samples were in the concentration range from 0.116 mg L -1 to 0.531 mg L -1 . The recommended fluoride value is less than 1 mgL -1 . |
