Abstract
U ovom radu korištene su LaF 3 membrane kod kojih su ispitivane odzivne karakteristike. Ispitan je odziv fluorid ion-selektivne elektrode pri pH 4,7 za tri različite membrane. Utvrđeno je da elektrode kod svake od ispitivanih membrana slijede linearnu promjenu potencijala do koncentracije fluorida 1×10 -6 mol L -1 , uz promjenu potencijala po koncentracijskim dekadama od:10 mV za LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x5, 24 mV za LaF 3 (Eu 0,3%) 8x1,5; 34 mV za LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x1,35 mV za LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x1 (prethodno močena 24 sata). Ispitan je i utjecaj pH na odziv fluorid ionsko-selektivne elektrode te je uočeno da je potencijal kod elektrode s membranom LaF 3 (Eu 1%) veličine 8x5 mm padao do pH vrijednosti 4 nakon čega bi se ustalio. Za druge dvije membrane potencijal s mijenjao s promjenom pH do vrijednosti pH = 5 nakon čega je potencijal ostao stabilan do pH = 9. Također je ispitan odziv elektrode u ovisnosti o vremenu za sve tri membrane Stabilan potencijal za elektrodu s membranom LaF 3 (Eu 1%) veličine 8x5 mm uspostavlja se u vremenu od 6 minuta, dok se stabilan potencijal za druge dvije membrane uspostavlja u vremenu do 2 minute.
Abstract (english)
In the following study case responsive characteristics of LaF 3 membranes are examined. Using 3 different membranes 4,7 pH fluoride ion-selective electrode responsivness is examined. It has been found out that electrodes of all examined membranes follow linear change of potential until fluoride concentration 10 -6 mol L -1 , potential changes are determined by concentration decades. It follows:10 mV of LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x5; 24 mV of LaF 3 (Eu 0,3%) 8x1,5; 34 mV of LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x1;35 mV of LaF 3 (Eu 1%) 8x1 (previously dipped in water for 24 hours). The influence of pH on the response of the fluoride ion-selective electrode was also investigated and the potential for electrodes with an 8 × 5 mm size of LaF 3 (Eu 1%) membrane fell to a pH of 4 after which it was settled. For the other two membranes, the potential varied with pH change to pH = 5, so the potential remained stable to pH = 9. An electrodes response in time dependent for all three membranes is also tested. Stable potential for 8x5mm-sized LaF 3 (Eu 1%) electrodes is established for a period of 6 minutes while a stable potential for the other two membranes is established for up to 2 minutes.
